Allison joined the team in spring of 2024 and leads the Developing and Fundraising efforts for ORF.

She has extensive experience advancing nonprofit missions through cultivating strong donor relationships, building community partnerships, and coordinating events. She previously served as philanthropy officer with Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity and before that served as capital campaign manager for Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.

Allison enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, particularly at Pyramid Hill, where her passion for nature seamlessly merges with her appreciation for art.
