Raimundo) that shifts the balance of power across all of government and turns the judiciary into a 300-pound gorilla. The decision, which overturns Chevron v. NRDC and decades of precedent, will have far-reaching implications by weakening the ability of any federal agency, regardless of political administration, to adopt regulations that are protective of public health and safety, the environment, and financial security. In short, it has created a mess that will lead to greater legislative and regulatory gridlock and places the burden on thousands of federal judges to now be experts on all issues and topics.
