Amanda has a strong passion for environmental education, service, and community. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Zoology from The Ohio State University. Then worked for the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden’s Education Department as the AmeriCorps Program Manager until choosing to stay home with her young children. Getting into the creek with students and seeing them blossom during River Explorer field trips is always a joy for Amanda.
