For more than 20 years, Ohio River Foundation has worked diligently to protect and improve the water quality and ecology of the Ohio River and its watershed. We have succeeded in reaching our goals through advocacy, habitat restoration and school education and youth programs.

Statement on Chevron Supreme Court Decision
The decision, which overturns Chevron v. NRDC and decades of precedent, will have far-reaching implications by weakening the ability of any federal agency, regardless of political administration, to adopt regulations that are protective of public health and safety, the environment, and financial security.
