The Camp Michaels Gunpowder Creek Dam Removal Project was a collaborative effort by Boone County Conservation District (BCCD), Ohio River Foundation (ORF), and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service to restore flow and habitat for the fish and wildlife of Gunpowder Creek.
